Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at CYBER ESPIAL, you will be a key player in driving our business development efforts in the Gulf and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into valuable clients, contributing significantly to our revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential clients within the Gulf and Europe through research, networking, and other channels.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels, including emails, and online meetings.
Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to position our cybersecurity solutions effectively.
Presentation: Conduct service presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of the clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and understanding.
Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to understand their budget and tailor proposals accordingly. Handle objections and negotiate to achieve win-win agreements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed and accurate record of interactions with clients in the CRM system, tracking progress and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in messaging and client requirements.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of IT concepts and solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficient in CRM systems, Task management, and sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Availability for occasional travel.
